Home >> Careers With Us >> Training Sponsorships       To promote life long learning and employability, Orange Valley offers training sponsorships to individuals seeking to upgrade their skills or be trained in healthcare. The objective of the sponsorship is to encourage more talents who have a passion to serve the elderly and build a rewarding career with Orange Valley. Together with Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) and NTUC, Orange Valley shall jointly sponsor the course fee and monthly training allowance to help you cope with your living expenses during the training period. Upon completion of the course, you will be offered to begin your healthcare career with Orange Valley. Given the sponsorship of the course fee, the training allowance as well as an offer of a career at the end of training, our sponsorship is a golden opportunity for you to “Learn and Earn”. With our wide range of services and nursing capabilities, you will be given ample opportunities to develop your professional skills. Some of the training we have sponsored over the years include:- Certificate III in Aged Care Work (http://www.csmacademy.edu.sg/cert_in_agecare.html) 12 months (part-time) or 6 months (full time) course offered by CSM Academy International. Graduates will obtain an Australian National Training Qualification and an MOE approved certificate. Graduates are employed as Care Assistants in healthcare organisations. National ITE Certificate (NITEC) in Nursing (http://www.ite.edu.sg/ft/nitec_ncn.htm) 2 year (full time) course offered at Institute of Technical Education (ITE) Graduates with good grades may progress to the Diploma in Nursing course at the Polytechnic. Graduates are employed as Enrolled Nurses (Assistant Nurse) in healthcare organisations. Advantage Program A program launched by WDA to encourage companies to employ mature workers who are above the age of 40, and retain mature workers beyond the age of 62. Orange Valley carries out the job redesign and delivers a structured training for mature workers. Upon the training, graduates are employed as a Care Assistants with Orange Valley. National ITE Education (ITE) Skills Certificate in Health Care (Home Care) Orange Valley is an Approved Training Centre (“ATC”) awarded by ITE. For our staff, Orange Valley conducts a structured training in health Care Home Care). Staff is awarded the above certificate once he/she passes the ITE examinations and is provided with career advancement.
