The incumbent is in charge of planning, organizing food preparation activities including supervising team of kitchen assistants. He/she is able to cook &\\;\\\\\\; prepare Asian &\\;\\\\\\; western dishes. A proactive and good team player, he/she works with other cooks in the centralized kitchen and deliver an appetizing, varied, nutritious diet to our customers.
