| The incumbent oversees the department to ensure that recruitment is done timely and cost effective, JD and performance evaluation system are executed efficiently, payroll and statutory reporting are performed in timely and accurate manner, timely and accurate HR reports are submitted to mgmt, compensation and benefits, manpower planning etc |

| Requirements: |
- Degree in Human Resource Management
- Min 5 years of relevant working experience
- Strong leadership with ability to make sound and effective decisions
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Good English writing skills
